This was SO easy and such a good touch to my son's playroom. My son is 9 months so we're just starting to just even talk to him about the ABCs and even just thinking about introducing some of these words like Eucharist and Crown of Thorns into how we talk to him about Jesus is going to be really fun as he gets older. I also love that there is a saint for each letter. I'm also excited to learn about those saints with him as he gets older. My only complaint-- the V & Y letters look almost identical. I would love if the saint clip arts could maybe be moved to the side?
Here's what I did/supplies:
- Circle scrapbook shape cutter
- Glue/scrapbooking tape runner
- The saint ABCs (I printed four per page)
- Nail
- Twine
Cut them out, folded the circles (so that I could thread the twine through) and glued down the top and bottom of the circles, then I thread twine through, put four nails in my wall and hung A-M and N-Z on two twine strings!
Thank you for the handy Alphabet of the Saint Names. We printed, laminated and strung it as a part of our display during the procession of Corpus Christi. It tied our ministries altogether as a reminder that we are all a children of God and can all become saints.

I printed them and laminated them for my nephews baptism! so cute and now he has something to remind him of Gods love as he is learning his letters!

These are the most darling prints! I got them printed on magnet paper for my girls to play with on the fridge and they love them. The images are very clear and crisp, even zoomed in a bit.
My family LOVES everything that Shining Light Dolls puts out, and the the Saints alphabet made for a fun decoration at my daughter’s Saint themed birthday party!
I love these letters. They are so cute in our playroom. I just wish that the little saints were either behind or next to the letters. It is hard to tell what some of the letters are because the saints are blocking the rest of the letter-which will make it harder to use them as a teaching tool. If not used as that, they’re perfect!
I think these are so lovely and sweet and a wonderful way to incorporate faith into learning. My only issue is that some of the Saints placements on a few of the letters make it harder for a child who is just learning ABC’s for the first time to discern the letter. Other than that it’s an amazing free resource!
These are delightful and amazingly thoughtful. I have them hanging in both my prekindergarten classroom and my 3rd grade religious education classroom. I love how not only is each letter represented with a Saint, but also with another item associated with the church. Thank you for such a great resource.
I plan on using these saint cards in so many ways. My students can practice ABC order, research a saint from the ones provided, sort saints according to a certain quality, and/or pray to a selected saint in my quiet corner.
