I love my sweet Saint Therese doll. I placed her next to a photo of my grandmother who loved her so. When I was growing up, my grandmother had pictures and statues of Saint Therese all around our house and although they are gone, I wanted to have a Saint Therese of my own. For her, for us.

While I loved how darling this rag doll was/is (gift for a Godchild) I was disappointed by the way it arrived. Poor St Therese was folded in half, wrinkled and stuffed in a small box. I had to carefully iron each part of her clothing as best I could so I wouldn’t be giving a little girl a less than desirable gift. It would’ve been nice if she has been lovingly wrapped…after all she is representing a saint!
