I teach 2-3 year olds. I used the digital download of saints to make stain glass windows with saints for All Saints Day and the Perpetual light prayer and prayer cards to honor those who have passed with a candle wall. The upper grades loved the Saints bingo cards. It was a lovely, fun addition to our celebration.

I used the saints bingo with my class on All Saints’ Day. I printed and laminated the bingo cards. Then, I had the students use expo markers to cross off each Saint as they were called. Last year I made the saint lollipops. They were really cute too!

The best plush to have in a Christian or Catholic homie. I initially had seen the shining light plush dolls on my cousins instagram when she posted a picture from her summer youth camp that she volunteered had. The St. Teresa of Calcutta plush really pulled at my heart strings and I never forgot it. I volunteer as a youth leader at a middle school youth group and was assigned the topic of All Saints’ Day. I immediately knew that I had to incorporate the shining light dolls into my lesson plan. I loved that the site also provided me with free Saint games and a pre-made lesson plan for teaching kids about the true meaning behind Halloween. Each group got assigned a Saint and played Saints bingo (provided by Shining Light Dolls for FREE) and the bingo winner got to keep their group’s plush. They also made posters and did research about their Saint that they later presented. I can’t wait to have kids and buy them every Saint plush!

I LOVED these free resources! Our family was able to have a beautiful Hallowtide celebration with these and the children learned so much. If I'd known how beautiful the banner was going to be I would have printed on cardstock. The bingo I did print on cardstock and it was perfect.

I’m a mom of 3 (5, 2.5 and 3 months) and a catechism teacher. I am in love with the Hallowtide Guide. It gave me ways to take back Halloween and really help my kids think about those that have gone before us. We had a good time carving our pumpkins with the templates. I also passed it out to my class of 6th graders and even some of my students from last year so they could share it with their families and celebrate too. My directors loved it too and kept a copy for themselves.
